I was giving a workshop when half way through the day I found my phone was missing and because I had a workshop I was not able to go out and look
For it. I asked Rob my hubby to go and check with the shops and all the places we had been the day before.
He checked everything, parking places, asked in shops even drove the route into Dingle in a very slow pace in the hope it had fell of the car and was laying
Somewhere on the road. Of course he had no luck what so ever.
He decided to buy me a new phone but even that was not possible because foe whatever reason the 2 shops who sold phones were closed when he was there
Even though it was a Saturday.
At the end of the day when all my students went home he told me that it was truly a lost cause. I was desperate, my phone number is know with all my clients
And students, it was printed on my business cards and listed at several holistic sites and of course on my own site, Fair Organisers only had that number.
I was desperate without that phone number.
I decided to ask for the help of the Angels. After diner I sat down and asked the Angels that somehow they would help me to get my phone back.
Immediately I got the strong urge to get up and get in the car. Rob just looked at me and shook his head and said .. You are NOT going to find it, we probably
Left it on top of the car and there is no way you will find it back. But no matter how logical that was, I just HAD to get in the car.
I took his phone with me just in case and took off, I had no clue where to go and what to do, but I felt compelled to take a certain road, which is several miles
Long and runs from the North side of the Dingle peninsula to the South side of the peninsula. I am sure I aggravated several other drivers because I
Was driving at a speed that can only be called annoying for others.
Unfortunately when I reached the South side of the peninsula without finding the phone, I gave up. Turned the car around and drove back at a normal speed.
Al of the sudden without ANY reason I hit the breaks hard, luckily there was nobody behind me, because I did not even check that, I was not planning on
Breaking it was like someone hit the breaks for me.
But I thought .. Hey .. This must happen for some reason, so I got out of the car, looked around and there was not a phone in sight of course.
I took Rob’s phone and dialled my number and up till today I can still feel that feeling of like being hit over the head.
I HEARD MY PHONE RINGING!! The whole situation was so unreal that I even looked around to see if anybody was there holding my phone.
But I was all alone in the middle of nowhere. Still shocked beyond believe I started to walk towards the ringing sound and I even had to get down
on my hands and knees because it was about 3 ft from the road side below some (trust me) very prickly bushes, but only about 9 ft from the car.
You can not even start to imagine how happy I was that I found my phone and even though I work with Angels on a daily basis I was amazed beyond words.
Another nice thing that happened that day is when I came back home and showed my phone to Rob ,, his face ... I’ll never forget that for the rest of my
Life. From that point on he always asks me if he lost something if I can ask the Angels to help him find it and I answer him the same way I always do
... Ask them yourself ... But hey .. That is the next step.
This story does not only show that the Angels will help you when ever you need it, no matter how severe, small or big your question is, but it also
Shows that YOU have to do your part as well ... You have to listen.
